Escrow Service in Lagos

By proceeding with payment, I, the Buyer, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Accuracy and Service Fee: I confirm that the transaction amount and the agreed-upon delivery date entered in this form are correct and mutually agreed upon with the Seller. I acknowledge and agree that the added service fee charged by LagosMarketplace.ng for the use of this escrow service is **non-refundable in any circumstance**.

2. Seller's Obligation: The Seller agrees to deliver the specified service or product by the mutually agreed-upon delivery date.

3. Buyer's Confirmation Protocol: Once I am notified by the Seller that delivery has been completed, I commit to inspecting the delivered item/service and promptly providing my confirmation of satisfaction to LagosMarketplace.ng. This confirmation must be sent as a direct reply to any official escrow email, maintaining the Escrow Reference in the subject line.

4. Automatic Fund Release: I understand and expressly authorize LagosMarketplace.ng to automatically release the total escrowed funds to the Seller without further notice if my confirmation or a dispute notification is **not received within seven (7) calendar days** of the Seller confirming delivery completion to the platform.
